Horseshoe Black Hawk - A Caesars Rewards Destination
Room was decent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower had OK pressure, but took a while. And had to let the front desk know our sink was cracked. From friends in another room, sounds like they might have a few of those.

Staff was amazing. The front desk lady was most helpful & professional. A suggestion signs should be up in BOLD letters to keep the hot tubs covered after use. They were cold and uncovered each time I went. Other than that I look forward to staying and snowboarding again
