「A perfect place for exploring Plymouth. Very friendly service, clean rooms.」

「A Few Things That Could Be IMPROVED I would like to warn future guests who are planning to use the swimming pool and spa facilities about something that we found very inconvenient during our stay. There is no direct indoor access connecting the accommodation (the apartments) to the swimming pool and spa area. Bathrobes are not provided either. This meant that every time we wanted to use the pool or spa, we had to get dressed, walk there in our clothes, change, and then carry dry clothes with...

「酒店位置極佳，早餐在penhouse, 非常美味，而且風景極好。」

「Thank you」

「Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public」

「Very nice Breakfast and good service.」

「My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes....

「Cannot fault the Halfway House Pub. Stayed here for 4 nights..Friendly welcome shown our room by Mike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent spotless and uensuite was great. Breakfast was very good. Ate here twice in the evening and food was excellent. Great evening spent listening to the Sea Shanty choir. Dog friendly.. No car park but public car park £5 for 24 hours. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks to all staff at the Halfway House.」

「This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. If you want to experience traditional English style pub and food as well as feeling, Don't miss it.」

「Lovely hotel, great location, very comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.」

「Staff was easily approachable and good communication」

「Excellent location- bathroom was a bit tired vs other modern hotels」

「Staff incredibly helpful from Manager to the cleaner- great breakfast」
