「Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home. We didn’t expect all the little extras that make our holiday perfect such as tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits!
There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook!
It is conveniently situated in the village with shops, pubs and restaurants.
Location is also near Monsal trail for walking and cycling along all the beautiful dales by the river Rye.

「Was a lovely place to stay, not too far from anything we wanted to do which was great.
The host had kindly left milk, butter and eggs for us in the kitchen which we appreciated!
The house was tidy and clean. My only comment would be that there were lots of cobwebs in the rooms but otherwise we had a lovely stay 」

「The property was full of unpleasant damp smells and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in at night, location was ok but not to stay in again 😞 so I would've asked for a refund but I'll put it down to experience.. but thank you for letting us stay.. 」

「Felt a bit miss-sold, a 2 bedroom apartment which is basically a 1 bedroom, and a bed in a hallway.
Hotel also didn’t give us the code, so we couldn’t get in, so spent an hour stood outside without a way of getting in. Fortunately some other guests arrived and let us in, or we’d have been out there all night….! 」

「Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend...
