"But definitely not our last. We wanted a beach getaway without the traffic and crowds you find further south and Broadkill fit the bill. This cottage is perfect for a couple a family or small group. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved hanging out on the screened porch playing cards and a couple of the board games provided. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and my husband is still talking about the pizza he had from the Broadkill store...

"The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers."

"We stayed with 2 other families for a field hockey tournament. It was a short drive to the turf complex in Frederica. We were able to cook our meals instead of eating out, and had a comfortable place to rest when there were breaks. It was a close walk to the beach, though we only went for short times to walk since it was in April and cold outside. There were plenty of bedrooms and places for us to hang out where we weren't on top of each other. I would stay there again if we had another event to...
