「The main floor kitchen, dining and living areas are great and beautifully updated! The backyard is small and tightly closed in by neighboring houses. We enjoyed the deck. The upstairs bedrooms and baths were nice and comfortable. Doors and some bedroom walls need painting, and screens were missing from some windows. The exterior of the house needs attention - it doesn't reflect the interior at all. The host was very responsive.」

「This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television.」

「First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding.」

「Michael and Susan were the most amazing hosts. They truly thought of everything to provide ease and convenience for their guests. The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way. The beds were spacious and comfortable and they were generous enough to provide toiletries for us all. They earn my highest recommendation for quiet a stay in the area. 」

「I wanted some time in a cabin, in the mountains. It was quiet. My friend and I enjoyed the peace and making a fire to warm up. It was far enough away from Boulder to get out of the city , but also close enough to hang out in city. Overall, great stay. The driveway into the property is steep. Luckily I drove carefully, but a little heads up to be careful driving in should be stated, as there is a cliff with no guardrail. We returned when still daylight out for this reason. We are not...

「This unique house is in a quaint neighborhood. It is a aviation neighborhood, so has a few planes going in and out which the kids enjoyed watching. House was about 20 minutes from Louisville and 17 from Boulder reservoir. It was nice to be in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.」
