My wife and I have made a few trips to Fredericksburg over the years and the last two trips we have stayed here at the Barn. We absolutely love this cabin, we love the peace and quiet we can have out there. It's a bit of a drive from town but it's well worth it. We've recommended this cabin to family and friends and we will stay here any time we come for a vacation. Thank you to our hosts!

This was my second stay at the Barn in Alamo Springs! It's an extremely peaceful and beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country. The Cabin is clean and very well maintained. I will certainly be looking forward to my next visit.

We had a nice quiet get away. We enjoyed our stay at this remote cabin. We viewed the Solar Eclipse from the cabin, visited Alamo Springs cafe and went to a concert at Luckenbach. This cabin is close to everything, while still being away from everything. We will book again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at the barn. Deer roam by at night and morning. Very quit and tons of stars can be seen. Right next to the best burger I have ever eaten at Alamo Springs Cafe. Walking distance also. The Old Tunnel state park is walking distance also. Great place to stay and we will be back in March.

A relaxing and quiet retreat close to Fredericksburg. Just the right size with everything we needed. The design and decor of the cabin was a rustic style, very fitting for the area. We saw deer right in front of the cabin. We loved the rockers and the front porch with a relaxing breeze. I would highly recommend Alamo Springs The Barn to anyone needing to stay near Fredericksburg.

The Barn was the perfect place for us to escape to on our 1 year anniversary. It's smack dab in the middle of hill country with great views during the day and tons of stars at night. It being dog friendly was a huge plus for us too. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we loved being able to make ourselves breakfast with all the fixins already ready to go. We would definitely stay here again on our next venture to Texas Wine Country!

We enjoyed the stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be staying here again. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We also love the country drive. Thank you for the breakfast stuff it was the icing on the cake. It is the perfect lil cabin for a weekend retreat to rejuvenate and catch up with life. Again, thank you for an amazing stay! This beat out our first anniversary (Key West Fl) by far. The location and rental was beautiful. Quiet and relaxing w a short commute to town. This is a place we would definitely return to. This exceeded our expectations and made for a very memorable 2nd anniversary! We wouldn’t change a thing!

This property is perfect for those wanting to discount .... very little cell / data service, no satellite TV, just the stars and sky above you. Fireplace is perfect for the cool evenings and the oversize bathtub is perfect for romantic evenings.
