We love this cottage & stay here every time we can when we visit Fredericksburg. It's a bit out from town and very cozy!

Perfect distance from Fredericksburg and Luckenbach. Home has a comfort feel. Took advantage of the fire pit in the back. Would most definitely stay again.

This place was a perfect location for our concert at Luckenbach and downtown Fredricksburg!!

The house was nice and in a convenient location. It is an older home and you can hear every step anyone takes in the house. That might bother some people but was fine for our group. The outside fire pit was fun but you really need four nice chairs to sit it.

We always enjoy this cottage! It's perfectly located for our wine and dine adventures. The beds are comfortable and living space is relaxing. It won't be our last stay there!

Everything was great…. Loved all the real wood floors, ceilings and walls….. beds were comfy too and lots of deer coming thru the property The negatives, dirty towels were left in the bathroom, nasty left over soap bar in the shower and really a lot of dirt on the floors

We stayed at Broadway cottage in a country setting outside Fredrecksburg, TX. It was a very pleasant stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. It looks to have been built in the 1940s, it is solid and well maintained. I would recommend this place for it's quite solitude and pleasant surroundings.

This cottage is wonderful for a quiet getaway. Clean, decorated very cute, all the amenities that you need. The only thing I was wishing for was screen doors so I could enjoy the fresh hill-country air a little better.

The house is in a really great location. Very quiet street and close to town. The floors were extremely dirty and looked like they haven't been swept in months. That was a little off putting but everything else was fine.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay at this home due to freeze damages they incurred. The property Mgmt company graciously moved us to another property which was great. Maybe next time we make it back to the area we can stay at this house. We were looking forward to the home.
