Perfect location!

This suite was perfect for our last moment getaway! All the shops and restaurants were within walking distance from us. We had a comfortable space for us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Room was very clean and nice. Very functional. Only thing I would recommend is to replace the bulbs in the stairwell leading up to the rooms. Out of 3 total bulbs, 2 were out making the walk up the stairs at night a little treacherous.

This place is absolutely charming to say the least! We were there celebrating my 50th birthday, and the location is the BEST!! Everything about it was so awesome. The bed is so comfy, and the closet was a huge plus! The only thing it was missing was a full length mirror which is necessary for all the shopping that you do on Main! We will be back for sure!

We've been to Fredericksburg many times and this was our first time to stay on Main St. The In Town Villa did not disappoint. The space was perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the large bathroom and dressing area. The decor was stunning, especially the ceiling. The In Town Villas are now on our list of places we want to return. We highly recommend it.

Property is nice , good location and bed comfy but you need to shell out a few bucks just for regular maintenance and upkeep. Also don’t say you have a kitchen when you have no sink or dish soap. Bathroom floor vent is gross and I would have appreciated it being stocked for my extremely expensive 3 day stay.

I liked the character of the room. However, the toilet in the restroom kept not filling up so we had to take the lid off and on to get it to flush. A cold front blew in the evening I was there and we could not find a way to turn the heat on. Partial used body wash was left in the room and not removed. Great location. Even with the above I would definitely stay there again for sure.

The accommodations were great however we could have used a shower mat for the floor so we didn't have to use one of our 2 hand towels. We could have used more hand towels, coffee and water bottles. Everything else was great. When calling to inquire about additional supplies the man answering the phone was VERY uninformed.

High Bed

The property was very nice and beautifully decorated and location great. Just a couple of things were not to our satisfaction- the bed was almost impossible to get in. So if one is 5’1” ir shorter don’t choose this place without a ladder or trampoline to jump up on it. Second the TV must have had a governor on the sound because we could not raise the volume. Could barely barely hear. Oh and one other thing . - the AC was hard to regulate.

Unfortunately the heat did not function. after our first night we contacted the management and they came to the room and "fixed" the heater with the instructions to only adjust the heat on the remote up or down; but when we returned to the room late saturday evening and attempted to adjust the heat , the heaters immediately shut off and would not, no matter what, turn on. So we spent both evenings in a frigid room. Certainly not worth the price.

Great suite with good furnishings. Please have the owner review/replace the toilet tank water valve. No water in tank when arrived(Sticking?). Also, there was a mirror in the upstairs lobby that fell off of the wall at 3:00 am. Quite loud! We thought someone fell down the stairs! luckily the mirror fell behind a heavy metal stand and kept it from falling flat to the ground and shattering. It was NOT anchored properly for a plaster wall! Please check OTHER mirror for improper anchors too. However, we did enjoy the suite and would recommend to others! Thank you

Great location

Great location however there is some traffic noise in suite #1 since the apartment is over the street. Not really any separation between the bedroom and sitting area, pocket doors that do not totally close. If the second bedroom is rented out as part of suite two there is no sound barrier so conversations are total not private. However I would stay again because of the location and quality
