The property was very close to Main Street with many restaurants, shops, and bars. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Inside felt very clean and updated. We will look for this property again, the next time we are in the area.

An amazing location a block from downtown!

This beautiful spot is a block away from downtown but far enough to enjoy the solitude of the backyard and creek! I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Perfect Weekend Escape

This property was exactly as pictured and very close proximity to all the activity happening on Main Street. A HUGE plus in that it was dog-friendly, as well. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super location with private off street parking

Great option for solo or couples retreat. Walkable to most of the popular spots on or just off Main St. Must be able to climb stairs.. everything was in working order.. has chilled water cooler and nice coffee assortment.

Great Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Towncreek Warren. Its not a large place but its very clean and nicely appointed. Its an easy walk to main street and the Nimitz museum. The large tub and snacks provided was a plus. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic little home! We loved how close it was to town and the creek view in the back. We came in earlier then expected and the agency was so very helpful and got us situated here. 100% would recommend this cute little suite to EVERYONE.

Perfect Location

My mom and I were in town for a girls’ trip and chose this property because it was within walking distance of Main Street. I cannot recommend this property enough. The unit is exactly as pictured/described. It was spotless, the perfect size for 2 people, and very tastefully decorated. The shower is to die for! They even had some thoughtful extras like bath robes, snacks, and drinks. The check in and check out process was seamless. And the location was perfect. With it being next to impossible to park along Main Street, it was so convenient to be able to leave our car at the unit and walk everywhere. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit

Relaxing 4-day weekend at Town Creek Warren

My wife and I loved the room and how convenient it was to our favorite spots in Fredericksburg. Our dog loved the frequent walks to the Visitor Centers and we think the paths that are being built along Town Creek will be very nice one day when finished. We liked the tub, the candles and rubber duckies. The only negative is that it is very slippery getting in and out. A small rubber bath mat may help or maybe something to hold onto.

I was pleased with the close proximity and walking distance to the venues. I was displeased with the manager not providing the key to the bolt lock that had been changed to the booking agency. I had dropped off my wife with the wrong key to the place, she had to wait for me to come back from HEB which took me a while. That was a hassle and something I would not experienced at the Holiday Inn or La Quinta Inn.
