“We have been coming to this cottage for almost as many years as it has been available. It had been a while since our last visit, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it still is. We enjoyed our trip so much, did more cooking at home than we used to and found the kitchen very well equipped. But the porch is still the best place on the whole property! That view is something!”

We enjoyed using the hot tub and we were only a few minutes away from Main Street. I would recommend Encanto Suites to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay while visiting Fredericksburg, TX. ”

“The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.”
