「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

The hotel name Hilton is far a part from the condition of this property, from old furniture with burn marks and traces of dirt, line to have breakfast, selection of the buffe was limited and boring. Overall experience was 3 out 10. The bed was good the toilet and shower I give 2, definitely this property is not a 4 start it’s 2 start. Needs renovation asap. 」

「Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. 」
