“The staff was so welcoming. It was nice to be greeted warmly from the desk staff!”

“We tried breakfast the eggs had a lot of water in them .so we ate breakfast next door . The rooms were nice . But not very clean the jet tub didn't work and the in side of the toilet was dirty. There was poop by the toilet paper. Could be nice maybe a new person to clean rooms better ?”

“Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. I never got the refund. Went back and forth with Expedia who had to contact the hotel who now……

“Good breakfast, but no milk in the refrigerator Who is the staff member cleaning the room? Those who do not put on the comfort bed.”

“The pool and hot tub were both down. The hallways were dirty. They’re ceiling tiles falling in multiple places. It looks very old and rundown. Breakfast was hardly anything at all. Could not take a shower because black stuff kept coming out of the pipes.”

“Stayed 3 nights while visiting the area. First, the good points. Nice size room which had a 2nd sink and mirror in the kitchen. Great when 2+ people getting ready in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area is open 6-10am which is nice. Big open space with multiple seating options. Nice looking workout room with multiple machines and dumbbell racks. Now the not so good. The pool was a big letdown. Apparently they had to shock the pool before we arrived. The……

“Bed was hard and smelled strongly of bleach. Bring your own blanket and pillow. Breakfast was bad as well. ”

“The entire place met our needs fully. The counter staff as well as the one maintaining the rooms were cordial and friendly. One thing of concern is the condition of the ground level Exit door at the south end of the building. Even though the security lock does work, the door doesn't rest quite securely on the frame and with extra force, someone with bad intent may give himself easy access to the buidling.”
