Located 11km from the center of Assisi, in a quiet residential area on the first floor of a private house and equipped with an independent entrance. Outside the structure there will also be a large free car park.

It enjoys an optimal position because it is quiet and close to all services but away from the comings and goings of cars and tourists.

Suitable for couples, single travelers and families.
