「The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...

「Nice little cottage, lots of sun, great layout, full kitchen which is so important to me, and less than a block to the commercial center! Plenty of parking, easy to unload and load my car, only a step up or two into the property which was perfect for my very small dog. 」

「Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice....

「This apartment is great- the furnishings are cute and the bed is comfy. It has a kitchen with all of the cookware I needed, and off-street parking is awesome. I liked that it was really convenient to downtown, but outside of the busy, touristy parts of town. The owners were communicative, but not intrusive. It was overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the place was cleanly and well-decorated. We also appreciated the substantial amount of window AC units and fans. Only thing to note that we did not realize ahead of time was the two sets of narrow stairs. Somewhat difficult to navigate with our bags. We were able to do so but I would not recommend for people with any sort of physical limitations. All around a seamless experience!」
