Unwind on the water in Freeport at 1of 3 brand new colorful Island, tranquil and comfortable studio/cottages. This charming BLUE studio/cottage features a phenomenal all in one living space with a king size bed and a cozy living/leisure area were there is a comfy queen sofa sleeper that will accommodate from 1 to 4 guests. The rate is based on up to 4 only. The 2 comfortably barrel chairs round out the living/leisure area. The relaxing view from your sleeping area is open to the beautiful blue water . The unbelievable fully equipped kitchen is made up of a full size refrigerator, full size oven range, microwave, toaster, Kerurig coffee maker and all the essentials to prepare anything from an appetizer to a gourmet meal. The center Island accommodates 4 persons to gather for enjoying a happy hour together, dinner sitting or just playing that fun card game. The washer and dryer are in the unit for your personal convenience along with an iron and ironing board. The no clutter walk-in closet is a perfect space for storing your luggage and your personal belongs. The bathroom is furnished with lush towels, toiletries and beach towels ..Step into a spacious and luxurious walk-in shower after a day of traveling around or from spending a relaxing day at one of the many beautiful beaches. Your own private porch is your space to enjoy your morning coffee while you look out at the beautiful quiet, blue water or enjoy the amazing colorful sunsets in the evening. Sitting in the gazebo sipping your cocktail while grilling is another relaxing spot to look forward to. The selections of several amenities is another plus with your getaway stay with us such as a free 34’ floating dock with 30 amp service for your boat with water hookups on the docks, plus an outdoor shower, BBQ under the gazebo, free WI-FI, Direct TV, your own washer/dryer, Split type AC and ceiling fan for utmost and comfort cooling. For those who like the water sports, explore the canals with the furnished kayaks and paddle board or take the bikes for a ride or to the beach. We are only a 15 minute drive from the airport to the Bahama Reef Section and located at the end of quiet cul de sac that gives you the privacy as you enter the well lite gated private parking area. This neighborhood is quite, safe with a beautiful blue canal. We are only a 15 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive by car to the colorful Lucaya Market Place, restaurants and gift shopping. While in the area there is a golf course for all the golfers. The Sea Horse Shopping Center is where you will find a fully stocked Solomon's Grocery Store and a Deli that offers salad fixings or Bahamian dishes for you to takeout. Also in the shopping center is a liquor store to buy your special spirit or even buy a fresh pizza in the center. For all the divers, you can do a dive trip with a nearby dive boat or do a snorkeling trip on your own at Deadman’s Reef at Paradise Island and then treat yourself to a conch salad right there. Another day trip is going to Bishop’s on the Beach at High Rock and enjoy his special cracked conch. Oh so good!! Another day you could spend at the beautiful beach at Banana Bay followed by a super lunch on the beach. This is a must . The National Park and the cave systems is of interest as is the Reef Growing Center. These are just a few of the attractions that you will want to do. If you are interested in how Sands Beer, the beer of Grand Bahama is brewed, there are daily tours. Interesting!! After exploring all the attractions, you will certainly enjoy your return to your own comfortable studio/cottage. You will have everything at your fingertips when you chose your holiday stay at this unique and perfect place for your special time right here with us.

    We had a wonderful experience at this cute cottage! Super homey, clean and the hosts were absolutely incredible! Very friendly and accommodating. They put a lot of effort into maintaining the cottages and the garden. The location was perfect and it was easily the nicest place ive stayed at on the island. We stayed here over a month and were honestly sad to let it go!
