Well maintained, accurate listing, and just a short walk to the beach and the jetty. I especially liked the loft area; it was perfect for the kids to have a separate hang-out area during quiet times.

Stay away from this unit at this price point, and Beach Box units in general. The first point is that this unit simply has too many major issues for the price - the major silent security failure of the secondary entrance, the major neglect to the BBQ rendering it a health hazard and unusable, and several smaller issues like the can opener simply coming apart in my hands when attempting to use it on a dog food can (the handle has become unglued from the rest of the mechanism).My feedback to other renters regarding Beach Box is that while customer service representatives are lovely and very responsive, Beach Box itself has predatory, disrespectful policies and should be avoided as a company - basically what I have seen several times so far on this trip is that your time is worth money but mine isn't: even though a delayed checkout has a very specific (and high) dollar value since it's convenient to me but inconvenient to Beach Box, when my own check in is delayed by Beach Box on short notice there is no value to my inconvenience. Similarly, I'm encouraged to depart the unit earlier than check out as it would be convenient to Beach Box - without any acknowledgement that this convenience would have an extremely specific dollar value were the parties swapped.
