“The property is a 'mother in law cottage' attached to another rental property managed by the same owners. it is a very nicely appointed suite for two people, close to Cheyenne Canyon and about 1/2 mile from Broadmoor Hotel. The managers are very responsive to your needs. There is a coffee beverage station and a full kitchen with ample cooking supplies. I very much enjoyed my stay”

“Great rental property! Clean and comfortable beds, great location, cozy house. While one bathroom for 3 bedrooms can be more difficult, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped so we were more than happy. Likewise, the kitchen was on the tiny side but more than well equipped enough to do the job. The only downside was a lack of a stove exhaust vent and a knife sharpener but both were not too problematic at all. The host was also very communicative and helpful. Overall I would definitely……

“Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. “The Gnome Home was perfect for my son and I during our visit to Colorado Springs with family. The proximity to downtown was perfect and being right around the corner from Shuga’s was great. The house itself was very well appointed with a lovely back yard and great bathtub. We appreciated the snacks, treats, coffee and tea. Highly recommend!”
