“This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or……

“Numerous light bulbs out or flickering, over 10 bags of trash on side of house, section of yard fence knocked down between properties, TV remote and garage remote not working, only one TV, stains on comforter, curtains, shower curtain, light switch dimmer missing. All the extra towels were in washing machine wet. Large crack on mirror of closet door. Looks like the bear minimum was done for the price we paid. No bath mats for shower. House has great potential if they would pay attention to the……

“Comfortable beds, plenty of games and entertainment, good location. Spent a week at this home and it had everything we needed and was stocked with extra supplies. Check in was a little tricky but the host was quick to respond and troubleshoot. No further issues after we worked through getting the right code to access the house. Heater works great and we were able to do some laundry. Beds are big and comfy but we weren’t able to access one room and one bathroom during our stay and only found out……
