「The central heating and cooling was easy to operate and made the house very comfortable. Rooms were generally clean, except for some stains on a comforter and on a towel. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. It actually has three rooms instead of two as listed. Would be nice to have different types of pillows as they were all too high/thick for me. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to know ahead of time when the landscape maintenance guy was coming. Check in and check out were very easy, and...

「This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...

「This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great. Cute little sitting outdoor area for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. One great thing, it’s in a gated area with a very small yard so my dog could be safely contained outside, and it’s...

「Communication with the host was excellent but below are a few items that need to be addressed. Was not what I expected. While the bedroom size was nice, the kitchen and living area were much smaller than anticipated. There were also several safety concerns, including multiple electrical outlets missing covers and no visible fire alarms. In addition, the kitchenette electrical system appeared overloaded — using more than one appliance at a time risked tripping the circuit breaker. To top it off,...
