「Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Das meiste Personal überwiegend freundlich. Fitnessraum sehr gut ausgestattet für ein Hotelgym. Im Buffet Restaurant/Pool war leider ein relativ starker Lärmpegel aufgrund vieler Familien mit Kleinkindern. Hätt mir etwas mehr Ruhe gewünscht.」

We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children) Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30...

「The hotel was ok - good location but the bars and restaurants along the road were very average and a bit rough and ready. The hotel was fine but breakfast was basic with the same selection that you would get in any hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The allocation of sun beds for your stay seemed fine when we arrived but as time goes by you may want to try another area. Also, the sun shades are fixed and can not be moved. So if you want to move into the shade, you need...

「Excellent hotel, we usually stay next door at Lordos but this was a lot cheaper and honestly a lot better. Very clean, breakfast was amazing and the pools are brilliant with the sun beds etc. will be coming back for sure :)」

「Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel.」
