"The easiest hotel stay I have ever had. We showed up late ant night (11pm) passing through on our way to Southern CA for Christmas. Only took a minute to check in. They are currently undergoing a remodel so there is a little construction going on but it didn’t affect us. The breakfast attendant was very sweet as well. Room was clean and updated. "

"Exceptional staff and customer service. Front desk was welcoming, warm, informative and friendly. Maintenance and cleaning staff were always friendly and working hard. We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys. The beds in both rooms were super comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was top tier through the whole motel, even the pool even though it was winter. The Sheraton Club had a good variety of snacks and drinks and a nice continental breakfast. Overall it was an excellent stay. "

"Our stay was amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best part, we checked in at 5 on Thursday December 11th and I regret I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing! During our stay anytime she was on shift she was so personable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, room was amazing, but that front desk lady is why I will be back everytime we come to Redding and we come a lot! "
