「Absolutely beautiful villa suitable for my wife and I and teenage son. We didn't rent a car and this really wasn't a problem as the public transport links are so good. Typically, bus to Henri Sappia then Tram to Nice. Very easy! Pool excellent and Philippe was so helpful with any questions in the lead up to the stay and also during. We will definitely be returning. So many beautiful places to visit - Antibes, Ventimiglia, Villfranche-sur-Mer, Monaco / Monte Carlo, Juan-Les-Pins etc. ...

「Wir hatten mit zwischenzeitlich 6 Personen 2 Wochen lang einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus . Es bietet ausstattungstechnisch alles was man braucht.Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, es gab mehr als genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Betten sind überall sehr bequem. Die Zimmer sind in ihrem antiken Stil alle richtig schön . Am besten ist natürlich die Terasse mit dem runden Tisch und der Markise , dort kann man lange frühstücken und laue Abende genießen. 「Das Haus hat sehr viel Flair und ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Seine ruhige Lage in der sehr urigen und schönen Altstadt und der fantastische Ausblick über die weite Landschaft von der Terrasse und den Fenstern aus sind einfach spitze. An Manchem merkt man, dass es ein Altbau ist, da sollte man nicht allzu pingelig sein, die Atmosphäre macht das wieder wett. 「Das Haus war super schön, ideal mit Kindern und Hund. Großes Grundstück, perfekte Frühstücksterrasse und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Pool ist zwar in der Domain vorhanden und auch sehr schön, aber leider sehr weit weg - zu Fuß nicht wirklich machbar im Sommer. Das ist überhaupt das einzige Manko, dass man alles nur mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Aber wem das egal ist, der kann hier den perfekten Urlaub erleben. 「This was a great VRBO. The views were awesome and the place was very comfortable and clean. Every extra item you could want was available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly. 」

「Unser erster Eindruck war, dass alles in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aussieht als auf den Bildern. Man hat die Terrasse tatsächlich komplett für sich und wird überhaupt nicht von den Nachbarn gestört. Der Ausblick, die Ruhe und das Zirpen der Zikaden sind absolut entspannend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Der Pool ist relativ groß und in zwei Minuten erreichbar. 「We were pleasantly surprised that we could enter the house earlier than planned. Our host even was kind enough to have a nice bottle of wine ready and chilled for us on arrival. The house itself was perfectly clean and had all high spec modern conveniences one could wish for. Air-conditioning provided a pleasant temperature during the hot summer nights and days. 「We had a lovely stay in this huge and beautiful house. The views are stunning and it’s very peaceful. I would not recommend it for small children as all the floors and surfaces are marble or stone. Also it’s quite remote so would be much easier with a car, we struggled to find taxis and it’s not easy to locate the property from the road. The walk downhill to Menton takes around 30-40 mins on narrow roads」

「We went back for the second year! The view is beautiful and we love staying there. Not good for people who don't do well with steps, but well worth a few steps for the view. The train station is nearby, but drive there. The ticket machine was out of order and we got on the train thinking we could find the app quickly. Don't do that. We got a 50 euro fine each for a 2 euro train ride. The kitchen is well equipped and access is easy.」
