「Wonderful stay, all employees and the Front Desk rocked: Donavan, Marqueesa (sp?) & a very nice Housekeeping lady worked together very well to make my last-minute accommodation request happen!! 「My stay was AMAZING 10/10 and they very kind lady at the front desk needs a big raise or something because she was understanding and very very helpful the staff was sweet and helpful also I’ve never felt so welcomed at an hotel before the place was as VERY clean it was quiet the pool was clean everything was just awesome during the stay. My friends and I will be returning again. Xo」

「This was hands down one of the cleanest and best hotels I’ve ever seen. I didn’t see a spec of dust anywhere the service was wonderful everyone very friendly check in was easy. When we walked in the doors it smelled like fresh soap floors where spotless we were greeted by a very friendly employee at the front desk. Got up to the room walked into one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever seen looked newly remodeled, a huge shower, an extremely soft bed, and a big flat screen TV with plenty of Channels....

「The artwork was so beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet on the first floor. We enjoyed seeing the gorgeous ballroom. The work put into restoring this building was amazing. Even stopped by the Jay Davis studio and bought some of his pieces. Monroe is very lucky to have a local artist such as Jay who contributed to the beauty of this hotel and the local zoo!」
