「Yes very clean and smelled good great service 」

「when I first arrived i was greeted and he was very nice gave me my key to my room, my family and I went into the room and it smelled just like a "skunk" well say..... i asked the front desk person to come smell just to show him that there is a smell and i am not trying to be that person he said he doesn't smell anything well i still asked for another room and he gave us one no problem easy fix. however the beds are nothing but springs, the bathtub is very "used" black rings and just not at all...

「I paid for an Executive suite through Expedia and was re-booked into a normal room with a king bed. I was told the price would be the same as that was supposed to be ok with me. I will be requesting a refund for the room I paid for instead of what i got. 」

「Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead...
