Hotel was underwhelming. Shower head and shower wouldn’t drain. The shower head stay at one place. $14 for parking in a parking area that was too small for cars. Would not recommend this location.

Fantastic place and very helpful staff

Fantastic place, with excellent all over service and morning restaurant. The hotel is placed central in Friedrichshafen, and close to everything. Even Though we were on the train station, you couldn't hear the trains ore any other trafic, so perfect place, if you want to explore Bodensee. All the Staff are very friendly, speek english and fantastic helpful, if you ahve questions. We drive electrical car, and it's possible to recharge your car in the basement. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I am an American and I like many things about the hotel as a tourist. The breakfast is of good quality, and offers a good selection of German foods to try out like the excellent breads, meets, sausages, and cheeses. In addition to more tame options like bacon and eggs. The location is excellent, right next to the main train station, parks, some shopping, and various restraunts. The museum is not too far either. The staff are friendly, have excellent english, and are always helpful. Also, if you are lucky enough to get a room overlooking the lake and park, the view is amazing! I have stayed many times and I can not say enough good things!

Ausreichend Auswahl, qualitativ sehr gut, Filterkaffee war jeden früh alle und musste erst angefordert werden. Ein freundliches Guten Morgen fehlte bei einigen jungen Bedienungen. Die Handtücher sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Zimmerlüftung bei der Zimmerreinigung müsste überdacht werden. Die Fenster wurden den ganzen Tag offengelassen. Als wir am Abend zurückkamen, standen die Fenster offen. Im Vergleich zu September 2023 hat das Hotel insgesamt etwas verloren. Die Betten geben in der Nacht beim Drehen starke Geräusche von sich.

La posizione vale questo hotel e anche la comodità delle stanze e la grandezza. Purtroppo gli operatori parlano solo tedesco e abbiamo avuto dei problemi di check-in. La colazione è solo salata se non fosse per una cesta di croissant da farcire però con ampia scelta di marmellate e nutella.

Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Uns wurde gesagt, dass dies nur jeden zweiten Tag gemacht wird. Könnte man dem Gast ruhig vorher sagen, oder wenigstens mal kurz die Betten aufschlagen. Im Bad hat es leider stark nach Abfluss gerochen, wahrscheinlich wurden diese auch länger nicht gesäubert. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder, mir wird hier zu sehr am Gast gespart.

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings mit einigen Schwächen. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und auch im Bad war ein Abflussgeruch wahrnehmbar. Die Einrichtung wirkte zudem etwas veraltet. Besonders störend war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Auch nach Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes – ein übliches Standard-Hotelfrühstück. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt akzeptabel, wir würden das Hotel jedoch voraussichtlich nicht noch einmal wählen.
