Slice of heaven

The house and the home owners were amazing! My family and I were there for my son's graduation from the USMC bootcamp. The homeowners had left gifts and a nice card for my son thanking him for his service. The property not only had an ocean view but had deer visiting throughout the stay and we even saw an alligator.

Stunning All Around

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is just perfect, and will meet all of your needs without a doubt. You can never get enough of the view! Our family and friends enjoyed each and every minute of our visit. The communication with the property manager was open and easy from start to finish. Heather and Paul ensured we had the best family/friends getaway possible. For that we are very thankful! We will be back!

Perfect beach house for a large group

The house was perfect for a large group! Tons of space to spread out. Well-equipped for cooking. Easy access to the beach. Amazing views!

We had an amazing time. We were 9 older ladies on the island for an event and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for living, hanging and sunning. When we come back to Fripp we will be staying here for sure. We also had contact with the property manager and she was amazing. We were not smart enough to figure out the elevator and in minutes, she appeared to save the day. You wont be disappointed.

Magnificent Experience

The beach house with the best most expansive view was the perfect spot, even with poor weather and heavy fog. We couldn’t do anything about New Year’s Eve weather but the house made up for it. Great bedrooms with baths, open great rooms on both floors, great windows. Multiple food prep areas, 3 fridges, two big tables for food and games. And by far, the best beach access on the island! And a partridge in a pear tree!!! The sun came out as we were packing up and they gave us a late check out to spend one day in the heavenly warm sun. The property managers were friendly, accommodating yet firm and professional. We highly recommend this beautiful home. We will be back! Thank you

Great house, great location, great views.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of needing a little TLC. Bed linens could be renewed and refrig ice makers and bar ice maker did not work. All said we would rent again but insist these updates be made.

Awesome location but not so clean!

We had a great time! But we arrived to a house that wasn’t clean. This is the second year we stayed and apparently the property is not being managed as well. Not sure where the breakdown is.
