"Room was clean. Front desk receptionist Kennedy was very sweet and informative. Ordered food and it was good and fresh. Good water pressure on the shower and very comfortable bed!"

"Great place to base yourself if needing to be in the Frisco area. Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and around the hotel."

"The room this stay was the worst ever. The bathroom sink faucet was wobbly and so bad we were worried it would break. Other people staying there had no courtesy for others trying to sleep. This went on most of the night. The night desk worker stays in the back most of the time. We will not be back!"

"When we got to the hotel the attendee was in the lobby on his phone, not overly attentive. We had trouble understanding him and he did the bare minimum to get us on our way to our room. The room had a shelf in the shower that was taped on with multiple strips of blue tape, apparently trying to repair it. We had 2 beds. One bed was missing the top sheet and the other bed was missing the bottom sheet. The room appeared fairly clean. The internet in the evening was almost and sometimes nonexistent. When we tried to call down to the desk, the phone would not work. The breakfasts were good. We probably will not stay there again."

"The property was very nice and the staff was super, with the exception of the evening guy at the check in desk . Everyone was friendly , upbeat and enthusiastic the evening guy in the check in desk was cold and appeared to not care . Jackie who worked with golfing aspect of the hotel was amazing !!!"
