Frisco CO Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the main living areas were very comfortable. this issues with property is the 47 stairs from the garage to the master bedroom. The main living area is between quest bedroom on the 2nd level and Master bedroom on the 5th level. there are only 4 stairs living room on the 3rd level and well appointed kitchen on the 4th level. the location is great.

great location

we enjoyed our stay at marina park. my kids loved the pool and how close it was to everything. there are a lot of steps but the different levels allows for space.

Nice Place

Overall this was a very nice place to stay with in Frisco and had two spacious private bedrooms with a huge kitchen and nice living area. The only negative is that rental has a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs this is probably not the rental for you.

Loved it!

This was our most favorite place to stay in Frisco. I have to be honest that I’m a little afraid to give it an awesome review because I hope it’s available again when I’m planning my next trip to Frisco. The only wish was that the front door had a key or code to get in and out of. The only way to access the house by code is through the garage. Other then that tiny detail, we loved every bit of it.

Exactly as we had hoped

The condo was exactly as it was depicted in photos. The kitchen was beautifully appointed, the bedrooms & bathrooms were well decorated & comfortable and we felt at ease from the moment we walked in. We would stay there again.

Fun in Frisco

Reviewer Comments: This condo is right off Main Street in Frisco so easy to get to shops, etc. It was very beautiful although I do wish instead of two queen beds it could have been better set up for families, maybe a bunk bed or two.

I enjoyed walking downtown for a cup of coffee and dinner. Walkable to every part of town, the marina , and just up the road from Breck. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall fee that was added to the nightly rental rate was Outrageous! It was as much as a full night stay. The property is in a good proximity to things which means that you hear tons of traffic and the views are looking at other buildings and other guests. Although the home is beautiful, it is not private feeling at all. I also feel like the arrival instructions can be more clear and instead of offering the 10 digit code to get into the unit, First offer the 4 digit code to access the home. Overall I thought that the price was too high for what we got. I did enjoy our stay though.

Nice location and property, 2 hour delay in getting access

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great! Next to Main Street, the Marina, Bike paths and multiple restaurants and bars. Condo was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Kitchen was huge, but stove was dirty inside and outside and lacked in some basic cookware like baking sheet pans. Other than a ceiling fan in the Master bedroom, no other fans are in the condo. We found an empty box for a portable fan, but nothing else. Would be a good idea for guests staying in the summer. My main complaint was the 2 hour delay in getting into the property. We followed the instructions on opening the garage door, but it would not open. We called and texted the "local" number and contacted the main TurnKey number. No response from the local support number and main TurnKey operator was nice, but could not do anything to open the garage. After 2 hours, the local support representative showed up and realized we were sent the wrong code instructions. He apologized and got us in. With all the touted personalized and promised TurnKey immediate support, this should not have happened and was a bad way to start our visit.

Right off Main Street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the property--1/2 block from Main Street. We were in town for the Frisco BBQ and this location was ideal. There's a family friendly bike path right behind the property and it's a beautiful ride. The main floor was the highlight for us with an open floorplan and full of natural light. Try Ollie's right across the street. Have fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the town of Frisco and the property overall, however there were 2 issues that prevented us from enjoying it to the fullest. First the number of flights of stairs - 8 if I’m not mistaken - could prove challenging to someone with a disability or injury. And second, the mattresses on both beds were uncomfortably soft. Now I realize that is a personal preference, but we’re firm mattress people, so a good nights sleep proved difficult. All in all though, the place was very well designed, the furniture was very nice and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. And you can’t beat the location, view or hot tub.

Lovely property

A bit disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo was perfect however we had many issues....shouting match outside at midnight between guests of condo units on 2 nights, the coffee maker did not work, there was a meager supply of toilet paper and paper towels, no rugs or bath mats in master bath, only 4 towels for entire week, no blankets for beds, dripping faucet in 2nd master bath, 5 flights of stairs, screen patio door ripped, we left one day early due to issues. While these issues may seem minor when combined it made for a poor rating...also would rather go through VRBO---did not like Turnkey's responsiveness.

townhouse in frisco co

It was very clean and organized. We felt really at home there. There was plenty of room and comfort to spend the days writing both outside on the deck as well as inside. The hot tub was clean and a great place to unwind in the evenings. The location was perfect for walking into frisco for dinner or a casual stroll. Overall, we were very pleased. The parking is very limited with one place in the garage. For us as a couple that was fine, for two couples or multiple vehicles that will be inconvenient.

Beautifully-Appointed Condo in Charming Frisco

The pictures of this condo online looked very nice, and in person, it was beautiful. Huge kitchen and dining area for hanging out before and after meals, top of the line appliances, brand new hot tub on the deck, and very spacious bedrooms. It is one block off on Main Street so we walked to dinner and shopping after skiing. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the marina which is directly across the street.
