Awesome stay! Great location. Walking distance to the town to shop and eat great food. The free shuttles to the mountains were super convenient, also walking distance. Amazing 360 degree mountain view’s! Condo was very clean and exactly like the property described. Very comfortable.

A reasonably priced space with kitchen so that you could eat in if you wanted or walk to a local eatery. Parking inside was also great, given the snow and temperatures. A very comfortable place and close to areas of interest. I would definitely stay here again!

The parking space is 6.5 ft. wide with a cement pillar on the left and a vehicle parked on the right. In winter you need an SUV because of the snow. You are towed if you park anywhere else. Most vehicles will not fit into that spot. The property manager was not helpful, rude and combative. The code provided for the hot tub was incorrect, the slider door lock was broken, the bed spread was dirty and stained on the underside. I am confident that you can find better values for your money on Frisco.

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo. The parking garage does not allow for oversized vehicles. Standard size vehicles such as sedans and small SUVs will fit in the parking space. In the winter there is no other parking onsite as each condo has 1 spot only, and street parking is not allowed for the purpose of snow removal. There is one outdoor area for overnight parking in Frisco, just 3 blocks from the condo and it is on the free bus line if needed. The hot tub code has changed since your booking in the early fall, we do send a reminder email 2 days before arrival that contains any informational updates. Thanks for letting us know about the comforter, it has been replaced. The sliding glass door hardware has been tightened and has also been righted.

Unit did not have wifi which was a major issue during business travel. Needs to be stated in bold letters at the top of the description. Room was clean and cozy.

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo. There is wifi in the lobby area only. We are limited by preset description options in Expedia. The selection for wifi in the lobby area only is selected for this property. There is a shared work space down the street from from the condo called EVO3 for business travelers needing further business specific amenities.

Wonderful place to stay
Beautiful newly renovated studio apartment. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and secure parking. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Loved the location, the proximity to downtown Frisco, the adorable, updated decor of the rental, the views, the cleanliness, and the safety features. The parking, on the other hand, is AWFUL. I had rented a Jeep, and literally had inches on either side of my parking space. I ended up parking on the street rather than stress out trying to fit in that dinky little spot. Thank goodness I COULD park on the street. Besides that, I would definitely return!!

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo. Glad you enjoyed the space and location. This condo does have one space for a standard size vehicle in the garage. So small suvs and standard size cars only. Glad you were able to park on the street in the summer/fall season. There is no street parking in the winter when plowing is required. The free overnight public parking lot is just 2 blocks away as well.
