Fun ski condo
Appreciated the handy location to town and the slopes. Kitchen stocked well for basic meals. Parking 2 cars quite easy.

Fantastic house! Very clean and great location.
We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The manager communicated promptly and thoughtfully. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Excellent walkable location to town. Highly recommend!
Loved being close to downtown Frisco. Great family room & kitchen. Lots of stairs, but provides privacy for everyone. We did Breck, Copper & Keystone, so perfect place to do all those resorts.

Charming, clean, convenient!
Our family love being here together! A short walk to Frisco with great restaurants, 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, and steps away from some amazing trails. We hope to get back soon!

New construction, nice decor
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was not as clean as one might hope especially for a higher-end rental; the floors had lots lint or carpet fragments, and the sinks had tiny hairs. Plenty of new towels; some did not seem to have been washed yet.
Adequte cookware. LOTS of steps! Be sure to keep the lights on in the stairways so you don't miss the one and two steps on the kitchen level. Basement twin bedroom is dark but spacious. Nice fireplace and TV.
I would not recomment this place for anyone who has trouble with steps or for families with small children.

Great Option
This VRBO is a great option for anyone wanting to check out Summit County. It feels clean and new, with a kind of modern western motif. The pictures do a nice job depicting the property. For those that have not stayed in Frisco, it is a fun option to consider. The town is full of fun shops and dining options, and this property is a very short walk from mainstream. You can also easily access lots of resorts and backcountry options within minutes of Frisco. If your into cross country skiing, bring the skinny boards and check out the Frisco Nordic Center which is only 5 minutes away. The only word of caution is the amount of stairs in this place. Be ready for lots of up and down. Don't shy away for this reason - just be ready. The stairs may actually be one of the things we remember the most about staying here.

Construction next door.
The property next door was under construction (framing). There was hammering from 8-5 the whole week. When I talked to the property manager- his reply was “ there is lots of construction in Frisco”. Also, had an issue with dirty sheets in the master- according to the PM- they were stained, not dirty- so don’t expect any help from the PM.
It is a nice condo, and everything works fine. Location is convenient ( except for the constant hammering 15 feet away). Also, no shoes to be worn inside, and you are to keep the place clean. So, there are some interesting rules to follow should you decide to do business with these folks.
Great location, beautiful new townhome, not for everyone
This is a townhouse with a bedroom on every level. It is well appointed adn new. Instagram worthy. Probably just great for skiing when you are out all day and in mostly to shower and sleep. Super location to town. We had construction next door and high heat days in the unit which were tough for our gang and what we were doing. No notice of construction made us a bit ticked off. This is not a unit for young or old, lots of steps in/out of each level. No real use of the roof- too hot in the summer day, not allowed to eat up there and there is not plastic wear, furniture is wet each morning. In winter it will be too cold. Beware there are also not 4 baths. There are 2 powder rooms, one ¾ (shower) and one tub. The dining area is great, but the sofa is uncomfortable. AND, there is no tv in master, one in basement is sideways to bed and not really watcheable. Can't remember if main level had a tv. Garage was great to have. Not for us. We will go with a more homey superhost situation next time!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy walk to Main Street. The bike path is just a couple of blocks away too. The unit was in great shape and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Great location and good size for 5 adults. Walking distance to Main Street. Close to multiple resort towns. Needs more garbage cans for trash if it’s all to be bagged and put into a trash can. More attention needed to basic cleaning supplies and ensuring dishes, utensils, etc are actually clean and ready for use.
Overpriced, lots of stairs. But nice location and finishes
I didn't realize from the description or photos that this unit is on FIVE different levels. We traveled with my inlaws who are in their 70s and it wasnt ideal for our group. In retrospect, I also feel like this was a LOT to pay for a place that sleeps 6. Beware that the nightly fee seems reasonable but layers and layers of fees are added so the nightly cost works out to be nearly double the advertised rate. It IS a great location, easily bikable or walkable to downtown Frisco, the Marina and to amazing hiking and biking trails. The furnishings are nice, too. But be warned that this place fits a max of 6 people and you'll be going up and down and down and up and up and down again in order to get from living areas to bedrooms. Overall, this is a very nice condo, but in my opinion was probably more expensive than it should have been and had an awkward layout.
It was great. Love the town. We could walk to your place and get acup of coffee

Disappointing Deck
Overall property was very nice and we enjoyed it. Would be willing to rent again.
The featured deck picture of the property was very misleading. The deck was a mess. All the chairs were old, all had rips in the seats so you couldn’t sit in them and there were no cushions on the one outdoor couch. Could not enjoy outside deck unless you sat on the coffee table. Every other unit in the development had very nice deck amenities.
Only two televisions in a three bedroom place. The main tv in the living room cannot be turned on or the channel changed unless you are sitting on one side of the room and holding the remote behind you.
We’ll see if this review makes the posted reviews.
The home is a great location to enjoy the Frisco shops and restaurants...a very short walk and in the mornings and evenings. Great view of Mt. Royal and surrounding mountains from the roof patio that was enjoyed by our family in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay as it was during the 4th of July week and we were able to enjoy a parade in Frisco and a concert. The house had plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed the living room and dining area to play games and talk about our day.
This property was fantastic. It was newer construction and was extremely neat, clean and well cared for. There are a lot of steps, with each bedroom being on a different level, but we knew that going in to it. The owner was very attentive, and even let us know that we could check in to the property a little sooner as our flight had gotten in early in the morning. The property had beautiful views of the mountains, and was ideally located just a few blocks from town which was just a few blocks away. It was also within walking distance to several trail heads.
Frisco is a fantastic town, and very centrally located. Dillon Reservoir is at the other end of town, and you are in close proximity to Silverthorne , Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. In one week we packed a month's worth of activities - biking around the reservoir, kayaking, several long hikes, white water rafting, and a drive up to Rocky Mountain National Park.
I would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice clean property.
The bathroom labeling is mis-leading. Only has 2 showers.... the other 2 baths are only a toilet and sink.

Excellent property in a good location.
I’m usually very reluctant about giving reviews, but this property deserves high marks. A great place to stay for a family. We came during the very busy MLK weekend and this property was a much needed refuge. It is a beautiful property that is even better in person. It is a short walk to Main Street and has excellent access to multiple ski resorts. A very good find.

Very nice property!
Very clean and located walking distance to stores and restaurants. We did Copper Mountain and Frisco Nordic Center (Cross Country) and could've done Breckenridge had time permitted. Great location!

Loved the property
Very clean and in a great location. Walk to town only 3 blocks away from bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend for families with small children because of the amount of stairs and a bedroom 3 floors below the master but with our teenage kids it was perfect.
