The gas grill and outside shower are conveniently located on the pool deck. There are two sets of washer/dryers in this home, one set on the first level and another set on the mid-level in a laundry room with sink. Also on the first level of the home are three bedrooms; 1 queen, 2 singles (1 with hideaway trundle), 1 pyramid bunk with hideaway trundle. The mid-level of the home offers two king master bedrooms each with private bath, and two more queen bedrooms that share a bath between them. All four bedrooms have ocean views and sliders to the oceanfront deck. The last king master bedroom is located on the top level of the home and also offers a beautiful blue water view and slider to the oceanfront deck. The spacious great room provides panoramic views of ocean and sound through its plentiful windows and sliders. The well-appointed kitchen offers high-grade appliances including dual dishwashers and a large breakfast bar providing flexibility to dinner-time seating options that also includes a large dining table.
