The fireplace wasn’t working so I reached out to let them know but never heard back. When I followed up the next day, I got a nasty response from the property manager Diane informing me that someone went in (without any sort of notice that someone would be coming) and fixed it while we weren’t there. She then went on to imply that we were lying because we didn’t know that it was fixed…
I am not one to give a negative review, but this entire situation really put a damper on our trip. Not only we’re we disappointed that the fireplace wasn’t working, but the communication, or lack there of, was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention having someone come into the space when we weren’t home with no sort of warning or note afterwards!
