“Clean, comfortable hotel, excellent for getting into central London as apsley train station is a 2 min walk. Also close bus links if needed and good car links (M25, M1 or A41). Parking onsite can get busy but we managed to get a spot when needed. Breakfast was good and included in room rate which was appreciated. Friendly staff, room was clean and had everything you need (hairdryer, ironing board, kettle, TV, USB slots etc). Personally, we found the bed a bit small (queen size double) and firmer……

“The place is old, but not an issue.
But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes.
The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes.
After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection.
