"I have stayed before on many occasions, although no staff to greet you now, the lock boxes for room keys works effectively. Staff are super lovely, very accommodating. "A fabulous place to stay if you have any business event to go to at Champneys . very well thought out, a lot of fabulous extra touches that meant we didn't need to bring anything. Berkhamsted is close by and has an amzing selection of places to eat. It has great parking and in a nice setting. We had a little struggle with their agent not sending through the arrival code instructions but it was quickly sorted out over the phone. will definitely stay here again."
