“The property could be so much more, with just a few changes. First room maintenance issue. Normal, but unexpected at this type property and price point. Bulbs dead, broken toilet seat bolts, lack of extra blankets, etc... Aslo the major issue for us ws the breakfast service hours. Now 8:30AM - 9:30AM may be fine if you have nothing to do, but in the real world... No coffee was made/available before 8:30 in the morning, except sn in your room micro cup. Coffee at brekfast was very good, Starbucks……

“This place was sooo relaxing — like an old fashioned family vacation place. There’s plenty of room, comfortable king-sized bed in a separate bedroom. Main room has multiple reclining chairs, games, books, video cassettes, and a view of a bubbling creek out the window. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the owners brought us fresh milk to go with the coffee (Starbucks.) It’s located in a lovely old mining town, 7,000 feet up in the foothills of the Rockies, rebuilt after an historic flood. Lots of……

“Shari’s property was so lovely. Off the bat, communication with Shari was excellent. She even accommodated our early check in request. The Grandview Mesa was spotless, well stocked with pillows/blankets, coffee, water, bathroom products and much more. The view- so stunning. Parking a breeze. And so close to all of the wonderful Manitou Spring offerings. Whether you want a place to just rest your head, or to cozy up for a few days, Grandview Mesa is the spot. And my god was that bed comfortable. ”
