「Clean and well kept property and room. Beds were comfortable, nice bedding, good soaking tub and a nice shower. I used the iron and ironing board which worked great. Hair dryer worked. We ate breakfast at the Kitchen Grill, nice selection on menu. We had a light dinner at the ramen place. It was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Pillows are terrible and I hated the mattress. It’s an old spring style that moves around when your partner moves. The shower supplies were empty and there weren’t any tissues in the room. The temp was comfortable and the view was pretty. Overall, we had a great time.」

「A true 4+ star hotel, and while pricey, I think the best place in Estes Park. I spent a week here in their best rooms and every aspect of the stay was so very well done. Rooms are definitely modern and well-maintained, beds are super comfortable, good amenities including a larger mini-fridge and microwave, good bathroom facilities and supplies. Views are incredible if you get a balcony on the lake side, there is nothing in Estes Park that even comes close. The front desk staff are incredible -...

「It is a lot smaller than you would expect. The kitchen was not very clean and there were mystery brown smudges on the bedroom walls. The only perks to staying here in my opinion are the private hot tub and location.」
