The Foxwood Cabin offers couples and small groups a comfortable, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for sharing time together and enjoying the comforts of a modern retreat. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an electric range, stand mixer, blender, waffle maker, and plenty of cookware for easy meal prep. Seating for four at the dining table and cozy couches and chairs make movie nights simple with a 65` TV and sound system.

A well-stocked coffee station features both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a French press, and a collection of K-cups, teas, and hot chocolate.

The cabin includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for couples, families, or remote work.

Bedroom 1 – King Bed & Ensuite Bathroom: The primary bedroom features a king bed, connected bathroom with double vanity, and direct access to the back deck and hot tub.

Bedroom 2 – Two Twin Beds + Workspace: A cozy second bedroom with twin beds and a dedicated desk setup—ideal for remote work, reading, or quiet downtime.

Screened Porch, Hot Tub & Seasonal Outdoor Shower: The screened-in porch is a favorite retreat year-round, featuring a private hot tub, comfortable seating, and peaceful wooded views. The outdoor shower is available from March through October due to shutoff requirements when temperature are below freezing.

Front Deck • The front deck offers sunset views, grill, and seating to enjoy.

🚗 Vehicle Access • The final stretch of road leading to The Foxwood Cabin is fully paved, though the gravel driveway has a moderate incline. Most of the year, 2WD vehicles can access the property without issue. During winter or icy conditions, 4WD or AWD may be recommended or required. The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles comfortably.

📶 Connectivity • The Foxwood Cabin offers high-speed WiFi suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work. Please note that cell service can be limited in mountain areas—connecting to WiFi ensures a reliable signal.

🐶 Pets • Up to two dogs are welcome per stay (pet fee applies). Additional dogs may be considered with prior approval. ESAs are considered pets and subject to the same policies, while service animals are always welcome free of charge—please notify us in advance so we can inform our cleaning team.

🚼 Family-Friendly Amenities • Families are warmly welcomed at The Foxwood Cabin. The home includes a Pack ’n Play crib, full-size high chair, and children’s tableware for your convenience. Additional family items may be available with advance notice.

🧯 Safety & Cleanliness • Your comfort and safety come first. All bedding—including sheets, quilts, and blankets—is washed between every reservation. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and flashlights are available throughout the home. A professional cleaning team thoroughly inspects and sanitizes the property before every arrival.

🦌 Wildlife & Setting • The Foxwood Cabin is surrounded by nature—guests often see deer, wild turkeys, foxes, and songbirds nearby. As with all mountain or wooded homes, occasional insects or critters may appear; this is part of the authentic setting.

🌸 Special Requests & Celebrations • Celebrating a special occasion? We offer curated add-ons such as flowers, champagne, and personalized décor to make your stay memorable. Please reach out after booking—advance notice is appreciated, though we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

🏡 Property Care & Updates • We continually make improvements to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Furniture or decor may vary slightly from listing photos, but comfort and quality remain consistent.
Noise & Music — County and community regulations prohibit outdoor music after 9 PM, regardless of volume. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times and keep outdoor noise and activity to a reasonable level.

Extra Guests — Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors or events are not allowed.

Smoking — Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Fires & Prohibited Activities — Wood-burning fires are not permitted indoors. Please use the designated fireplace for outdoor fires. Fireworks, ATVs, firearms, and hunting are not allowed on the property.

Smart Home Technology — The cabin is equipped with WiFi, Ring exterior security cameras, and a Minut noise monitor for comfort and security. These devices do not record audio and may not be unplugged, covered, or tampered with. Interference with safety devices may result in cancellation of your stay.

Parking & Vehicles — Parking is limited to the designated driveway only. Please do not park on grass or block the road. Trailers or oversized vehicles require prior approval.
