「We enjoyed this hotel! We didn't go have time to enjoy the pool, though we sat nearby to enjoy the sunshine while waiting for our ride.Bed was very comfortable, good breakfast,clean room.We felt very safe at this location which is important to us!」

「Great location to the beach. Breakfast was very good. They do not keep a lot of drinks for purchase like the website shows, but there is a Wawa right across the street. 」

「Convenient location for walking downtown & across rd to beach. Beautiful tropical foliage & lighting on grounds. Delicious locally made bagels & toppings + yogurt for easy balcony breakfasts. Refreshing pool - hot tub area. Safe & non-noisy area. 」

「I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience.」

「The property is absolutely disgusting!! Management horrible!! Bathroom Sink rusted, comforter ripped, absolutely dirty!! Room dusty and smelly, I didn’t stay, It took me 3 minutes and immediately went downstairs to say that I wasn’t going to stay and I explained to them why, and the guy yelled at me saying that I will lose my money (which I did in fact) there were cigarette pots everywhere, stairs vomited, dog poop and pee all around, I had to wipe my shoes before going into my car after walking...

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Close to the beach and town. Walked to everything. Rooms were great and they had all the goodies needed for the beach. Chairs, ice chest, wagon and Ice. 」

「The breakfast menu and buffet were very good. The gentleman who prepared the fresh omelets was amazing. He did a great job. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning services were exceptional. They took pride in making sure our room was clean and stocked. The only downside to my visit was waiting an hour and a half for our luggage to be delivered to our room. 」

「Parking was OK. The room overlooked the pool. The room was very very small especially the bathroom toilet and shower not ideal for a larger man. Great area nice landscaping nice pool would definitely stay again, but would look at a larger room hopefully with a larger bathroom.」

「We usually stay at resorts so we are used to more space in the room and the property, but this property is kept in excellent condition, the staff are friendly and are actually happy. My family had a great time, Thank You!」
