"Room very clean, ocean view."

"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"The location of itravel Hostel was pleasant - near main roads, but quiet. Both the room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in answering questions and providing information and recommendations. This was invaluable for a traveler who doesn't speak Chinese!"

"Excellent location friendly and good breakfast."

"Very value for money. Host is very warm. Place is big and clean."

"Very nice and comfortable place to stay! "

"Friendly operator, 24 hour coin laundry, free bike to ride, nice coastal bike trail nearby"

"This was a nice place to stay, with a very nice complimentary breakfast. Not like the simple continental breakfast we are used to in the United States. Would stay again"

"Clean room, Excellent service. Nice ocean view and great location."

"Clean room. Very centralized and close to bus station. There is no daily room tidiness. Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. We would stay here again"

"The host was accommodating to let us deposit our luggage before the actual check-in timing. Friendly and helpful staff that offers suggestions and help, they even loaned us bikes FOC to cycle around. Free WiFi in room although the only setback was the mattress is a tad soft to our preference. Overall worth the price paid"

"Great location, good bicycles available. Very comfortable "

"The hotel is well located close to restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The little extras like afternoon tea and evening soup came in extremely handy."
