Noisy holiday stay
My apartment was overall clean with good view. That is all positive things I can say about my stay.
The apartment complex itself is located on a very steep hill, what is a pure nightmare with baby strollers and kids. For one that is a very good exercise, but one with less good fit or anyone carrying beach gear, you must have a car for relaxing beach experience.
Worst thing is, that the whole neighbourhood is at the moment under several contraction and land moving work sites, and therefore is very very noisy from 8am till 6pm. There was also a constant peep sound from some machinery, basically from sunrise till late in evening. Noise was the reason we avoided using the balcony or pool area most time.
My recommendation is that avoid this apartment, and neighbourhood next 2-3 years.
About the apartment itself. All furnitures are bought as cheep as possible, mainly from Ikea. Master bedroom mattresses was super bumpy, uneven and blanket linens were few sizes too big. Basic things like toilet paper, or dishwasher tablets, you have to buy your self 2nd day.
On check-out, the gate buzzer to street didn't work at all and one of us had to hold the gate open while other took the keys back indoors and got back at the gate. Luckily we were able to get back inside using door keypad, otherwise we would have been stuck inside the gated yard area who knows for how long and missed our flight back to home.
I would not recommend or come back to this apartment/neighbourhood myself.
