Great location. Really nice boutique hotel. Close to a main tourist street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Woolworths on that street for just about anything you might need. Self checkin was straight forward. Garden is great for an evening coffee.

Terrible tiny room for the three of us advertised as a family room for four. No A/C with a loud little fan. Couldn’t use that - too noisy. No drinking water was provided. Zero amenities.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff came as soon as we needed them for checking in automatically. The family area was very cute and comfortable. The balconies with the view of the garden were amazing and very much appreciated. The only negative was the lift was not functioning and it would be a great amenity to have in place for those who have a difficult time with stairs.

Location is great, environment around the hotel also beautiful, room and everything in the room are toooooo small. No lift, you need to lift your big luggage by stairs, don't try here if you are not strong enough.

A wonderful and charming hotel with a warm, atmospheric feel. The location is excellent — just a short and pleasant walk to the old town and the main pedestrian area. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the local vibe without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The ambiance and attention to detail make it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
