「Conveniently located near the station, but we were disappointed with the hygiene, particularly the bedding. Despite booking for two people, we only received one set of towels. Additionally, the room didn’t match the website description—we expected two beds and a usable balcony but got one bed and an unusable fenced area.」

「Very easy for check-in and out , staffs are very helpful. The room look a bit small but it is clean and tidy. Parking is great and very convience located. If you are not driving a car there is shuttle bus running to train station every hour. Onsen is good even it does take you walk around 8~10 min to another building. The breadfast room view was awesome! One side you can look at the Highland park , the other side will have a very nice view of Mt. Fuji (If the weather is clear)」

「The place was decent for its price. The public bath was good and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The only down side was its distance from the Kawaguchiko station. Still, you can take a taxi to get there easily (it costs roughly 1000 yen).」
