The view of Mt. Fuji from the bedroom and the bathroom was a plus. The villa was newly built with a jet tub where you could look out to Mt. Fuji. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing views!
Located just a few minutes from the Lake. Clean rooms, friendly host, pickup and drop off to/from Kawaguchiko station. The unit itself has everything from kitchen accessories to patio furniture. Amazing views of Mt Fuji from bedroom balcony and dining table.

Staffs are friendly and the house was clean, nice and cozy. Kids love jacuzzi with the wine bath salt. We felt very comfortable and enjoy our stay!

5/5 Definitely recommended for anyone especially if you come in bigger group! There was only 3 of us so it was plenty of space. They picked us up at the train station. Service was excellent. They were very nice toward us. I unfortunately only stay at this lovely villa for only one night because I already booked else where. I will definitely stay there again if I have a chance. It was pretty close to the lake as well. On a clear day, you can easily see Fuji-san.

Perfect 10 stay
It was a perfect 10 stay at this hotel. From before our stay (with my many queries) to the arrival and til departure, our hotel host Hiro, pardon me if I couldn't get the name right, has been a warm and fantastic host. The villas are in tip top condition and the view from this hotel is simply amazing in which we can see Mt Fuji though the weather was cloudy on that day. In addition, it was a short walk from Lake Kawaguchiko. Our families of 13 had a wonderful experience though we only stayed for a night. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We really had an excellent stay at the property. We (family of four) stayed there for two nights. Overall our best stay during our two week Japan trip. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to do anything within reasonable bounds. He drove two hours to get my lost phone on a train - who does that? The property is in excellent condition. We were picked up from the train station even though we made him wait for almost an hour due to factors outside our control. Overall very good experience and I would highly recommend the property for anyone.

Excellent!!!!
We arrived late and it was pouring out. Staff came to the station to pick us up. The property is big and clean. It’s great for family of four or six. Staff is more than willing to drive us to the store to get foods since we arrived late. They are very polite and friendly. Note there is an additional fee for the hotel which stated when we book. Definitely stay here again but for longer period of time.

Great accommodation
Very nice property located close (5 min walk) to the edge of the lake for famous photograph spot of Mt. Fuiji. A bicycle rental place is located at the edge of the lake that makes for ease of getting about without a car. Hosts very very accommodating and make sure that your stay is great.

Amazing view of Mount Fuji
We loved staying in this very well equipped and beautifully clean villa with fabulous views of Mount Fuji. The family that run this establishment are so welcoming and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you want somewhere quiet and relaxing.

Great apartment in kawaguchiko
This place is great. Our room has a nice view of Fujisan. The hotel keeper is very nice too. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and seasonings. I like the shower head too. It is very powerful.

Perfect place for family to stay in FujiKawaguchik
It have been such a wonderful experience for our family of four staying in FujiKawaguchiko. Due to business reasons, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but the hospitality shown by Villa Ensoleille is simply unparalleled. Villa Ensoleille is being run by a family, and they treat their guests like part of their family too. The father picked us up in the Kawaguchiko station, and brought us to the supermarket for shopping of food for dinner. The daughter manage the place and explained in details the facilities and suggested us where to visits. The mother drove us to the Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center for the Levander Festival before sending us to the Kawaguchiko station the next day, all free of charge. These are all beyond our expectation. The cottage itself is also very clean, spacious, comfortable with all the facilities needed for a family. The cottage C we stayed has a bed room with 4 beds, and a bathroom with jacuzzi in the 2nd floor., In the first floor, there is the kitchen, dinning/living area, a toilet and 2 roll-over sofa beds. I can see a family of 6 people living comfortably here. The hotel is not directly at the lakeside but close enough to the lake. With good weather, could see the Mt. Fuji from each of the floor.

位置極佳，步行至河口湖邊只要 5 分鐘；打開陽台落地窗，就可以看到美麗的富士山。甚至於，可以在浴室裡一邊泡澡，一邊賞景。 住宿環境非常乾淨，連陽台的桌椅幾乎都一塵不染。相關廚具的提供，豐富而多元，所有需要的東西幾乎都備齊。去超市購物後，就可以自行在屋裏烹煮、用餐，雖然住宿未提供早餐，但並不會有任何的不便利。 屋主英文極佳，很容易溝通，也很熱心提供旅遊資訊，離開時還特別出來送別，讓人覺得溫馨、盛情。

店主全家熱情，好客！ Villa乾淨整潔，煮食設施齊備，連油，調味料也很齊全，煮食沒有問題。爸爸媽媽很滿意。 步行至楓葉迴廊只是數分鐘，欣賞夜楓很方便。 如屋內添置時鐘，衣櫃及2/F增設暖氣就完美了！(晚上實在有點凍)

夜遅くの到着にも気持ちよく対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。どのスタップも感じがよかったので、楽しい滞在になりました。お風呂のジェットバスが気持ちがよく、ワインの入浴剤の香りがとても良かったです。また行きたい施設です。

眺望の良い湖畔にも近く、とても良かったです。
　もみじ回廊のフェスティバル期間に宿泊しました。 会場には徒歩５分程度と近く、湖畔も同じくらいの近さで河口湖越しに見る富士山は大変綺麗でした。 　ヴィラは、清潔で二階からは富士山も見えましたし、キッチンの基本的な用品や調味料なども揃っており、大変便利でした。 　スタッフの方も大変親切で、利用してとてもよかったと思っています。

緊急事態宣言の中でしたが、家族6人で利用させて頂きました。 どの部屋からも富士山がしっかり見えて、調理器具や調味料、殆どのものが常備してありました。 お風呂はジェットバスになっていて温泉の素もありましたのでゆったりと富士山を見ながら入ることが出来ました。 バーベキューコンロをレンタルしましたが、火を起こして持ってきてくださるので、食材を買って焼くだけでした。有り難いです。 スタッフの方達皆様とても良い方で調味料が足りない時も快く対応してくださったり、チェックアウト時にマスク一箱プレゼントして頂いたり、写真を沢山撮ってくださったりと、本当にオススメの宿です！

綺麗でバーベキューも出来ました！ 富士急に行くために友達と泊まりましたが、気になったのはアクセスが少し遠いのぐらいでした。それ以外は完璧でした！また、機会があれば泊まりに行きたいと思います！

大人と子供の人数を入力してカード決済をしたのに現地で子供の添い寝料金を追加で請求されました。 その旨を伝えたら納得できないなら、と他の宿泊客の名簿で人数や料金、どのサイトを使ったかを見せられたので個人情報の管理の仕方も気になりました。 お部屋は階段にホコリが溜まっていたり、ソファーベッドにシミが着いていたり、 掛け布団が湿気っていたりととても寝れる状態ではなく清潔感でもありませんでした。 有料でBBQセットを頼んだ時には割り箸は生のまま、殺虫剤と一緒にカゴに入れられ運ばれてきました。 1番残念だったのが料金の追加請求された時に説明を求めたら横柄な態度で対応され 更には悪い口コミは書いてくれるなと言われた事でした。 もう二度と行きません。
