We were only able to stay one night, but would have been happy to stay many more. Clean and well set up. The unit we stayed in didn't have a view, but the mountain still felt like it was *right there* when you stepped outside. Would definitely stay again.

This property was well maintained and spotless. It was also very close to many restaurants which was nice. There are limited things in the kitchen so if you plan on using the kitchen you have to provide your own things. Would stay here again when visiting Mount Fuji Area.

The location of this villa was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The home came with a lot of amenities including toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils etc. The only thing missing was a rice cooker which was minor. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. The stairs were steep so that's something to keep in mind for families with small children or elderly. On a clear day, the deluxe villa is exactly as pictured for the perfect view of Mt. Fuji.

El lugar muy hermoso, entramos 6 personas bien comodas, un excelente lugar para ir en grupo con amigos y familia. Lo mejor de todo es que a un par de pasos del lugar habia una excelente vista al monte fuji.

河口湖周辺観光や富士急ハイランド目的で2泊3日しました。4人家族で宿泊したのですが、皆んな別々の部屋に別れて眠ることが出来、家以外でこんなによく眠れたところは初めてです。静かで寝具も寝心地よく、長旅の疲れや忙しなく観光した疲れがよく取れました。リビングで皆んなで団欒も出来、家みたいにリラックスして過ごせました。しかも、洗濯機と乾燥機があったのが最高で、2泊3日分の家族の洗濯物を持ち帰らなくてよかったのは最高でした！また機会がありましたら、是非お願いします。本当にありがとうございました！

Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge.

玄関のマットが滑り止めがなかったため、お部屋に入った時に滑ったのと、2階から降りてきた娘が滑りました。危ないと思うので、そこだけ改善していただきたいです。

富士急ハイランドの帰りに宿泊しました。富士急からも近くで場所的にも良かったです。室内はとても綺麗で、ゆっくり休めました。周りにたくさん飲食店があったので有難い悩みでした。次は富士山が見える部屋に泊まりたいです。

　施設は外国の方が多く宿泊しているようでしたが、設備も綺麗で、日本人でも十分に満足出来る施設でした。ただ玄関先の清掃が行き届ければもっと良かったかもです。あと大通りが近いので騒音はあります。
