"朝起きた時、新緑の美しさと鳥の鳴き声に感動しました。ベランダが清掃されていればより良かったです。 バイキング会場は思っていたより近く感じました。温泉施設までバスを出していただき助かりました。 ホテルよりも、Expediaアプリで困りました。 今回は、こどもの年齢がすべて0歳で登録されていました。自分の登録ミスかもしれませんが、確かめる術がありませんでした。 追加料金を支払ってホテルに対応していただき、なんとかなりました。 前回の予約では、値段がホテル側の計算と違うとホテルから連絡をもらいました。 一度アプリ側に問い合わせましたが、結局その後メールは頂けず音沙汰ないので予約はキャンセルしました。 海外のアプリだからシステムが違うとどちらのホテルからも指摘されました。 日本のホテル予約も快適に使えるアプリであって欲しいです。"

"Excellent facilities, friendly service, quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect accommodation with the right mix of camping sensibility and the comfort of the hotel. My friend and I spent a lot of time in the accommodation and auxiliary facilities, as it was such a wonderful accommodation to just fall asleep and leave."

"Probably not a busy season. When I check in nobody was at the reception. Only after I called out did a guy half-asleep came out from nowhere. Nobody helped me with the suitcases. This are services what I expected from a decent hotel"
