「Found a dead bed bug. Pool was unusable. AC didn't maintain temp. Parking lot not lit well. Restaurant closed. Appeared to be people living there. Not a safe feeling atmosphere.」

I was very unsatisfied with this property. First of all they said there was a pool but when we got , the pool is not on the property. You have to walk a block down to best Western to go to the pool they should’ve been told the website so that we would be prepared for that now my biggest issue is I did not like how...

「The staff were really nice. The breakfast was excellent, the beds super comfortable. The only thing they need to pay more attention is to the pool since it was hair the 2 days we been there , does it mean nobody clean it? The bottom of the shower door was a little gross , it was residue there, like they need to use a brush to clean that part . The price was good . I will come back to this hotel next time that I visit Oswego .」

「I have stayed at the property over a period of twenty years once a year for a weekend trip. It has become very dirty as if there are never any improvements done. The rooms smelled terrible and the entire place had a stench you could not escape. We checked out one day early and decided to go home early as it was unacceptable to sleep in the hotel any more. I would recommend a complete renovation. It would seem some of the guests were full time residents also. Just a disgusting experience.」

「Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

「Great location near town center. Great breakfast. Super clean. Big back yard with Adirondack chairs and a koi pond. Very peaceful. 」
