In the living room, equipped with your comfort in mind, you'll find a sofa bed, TV and dining table to enjoy after long days exploring the island. Next to the living room, you'll find a small, fully equipped kitchenette, so you can cook your meals in complete tranquillity.
With access to the enclosed balcony, this flat also has a bathroom with shower. This property can accommodate three people (max).

This building is located in the Ajuda area, close to one of the island's most popular beaches, Praia Formosa, and one of the island's largest shopping centres, Fórum Madeira. This location is home to a large number of Madeira's hotels and is undoubtedly a busy tourist area. It is close to several essential services, such as pharmacies, a hospital, bars, pastry shops and restaurants. Within a 15-minute walk of the property you can find Praia Formosa, a promenade, a garden, the Lido beaches, the Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools and the Ponta Gorda bathing complex. If you opt for a longer walk of around 45 minutes, you can walk to the centre of Funchal or to the neighbouring municipality of Câmara de Lobos.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
