The space
A very comfortable one bedroom on two floors: 85 square meters inside on the 4th floor and 85 square meters outdoors mostly on the 5th floor. Excellent for one adult or a couple that wants to be in the center of it all and with a sofa bed in case your group has one more adult or a kid. The building was finished in the summer of 2023.
On the fourth floor you’ll have a high-end bed and mattress with five-star hotel-quality and a smart TV, fully equipped modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, a living room with a sofa bed and another smart TV, a modern bathroom with shower and excellent amenities, a social half-bathroom, separate washer and dryer units and a small balcony. Then via elevator or stairs, the fifth floor has a large exclusive terrace with a lounge area, sun beds, gas grill, dining table for 4 with an amazing ocean view and another social half bathroom.
Very quiet space with double-glass windows and excellent blackout drapes for an excellent night of sleep and complete privacy when needed. Temperature-control system with heating and air conditioning split unit.
Private parking spot, daytime building concierge and fantastic infinity pool and solarium on the 6th floor of the building, where you will have a breathtaking view of the ocean, the harbor and the town. One of the best spots to enjoy the Christmas lights of Funchal and the New Year's Fireworks and your ideal place to enjoy Funchal with or without a car with lots of transportation alternatives at your disposal.
Guest access
You'll have the entire apartment at your disposal including the private terrace with grill on the fifth floor and a private parking spot. The pool and solarium in the building are shared with the other residents.

Our rate includes at no extra-cost a weekly cleaning service of the apartment. If you would like additional cleanings, contact us.
We welcome kids. If you travel with an infant, we can facilitate a crib, a highchair and a changing table at your request.
All guests will need to provide valid government I.D.s during check in as required by Portuguese regulations.
Reservations from December 20 to January 2 have a minimum stay required.
