"Check in was 30 min late, 3:30 PM. Missing amenities in our room. Sewage smell outside room. However, great location."

"This was a good location the staff were really helpful and attentive. We had a car and parking was a must there were a lot of things that made it convenient. We were able to leave our luggage and the car to see one more thing and we were off itt was great! Not to mention the hotel was a short walk to the ancient theater. Beautiful stay thank you"

"Overall the hotel was okay. Room is small. Bed was fine. Location is very good if you can handle the steps to main street. If you have a car make sure you park it in front of the NH Hotel the street above the property. You'll need to go to front desk, tell the clerk you want to valet. They will then call the valet any you'll need to walk back up to the NH Hotel where the valet will meet you. You'll need to pay him twenty euros per day upfront. My biggest problem was the breakfast- pretty terrible. I didnt think it possible to get a bad cup of coffee in Italy but it is. Their machine needs to go. The cappucino is completely undrinkable. Scrambled eggs were cold. Croissants were very poor quality. And they insist on turning on the TV which is really annoying. No one in the room wanted it on. Front desk staff was helpful."

"We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The highglights for us were the integration of modern amenities in the historic structure. The pool, pool beds and view with poolside bar were incredible. The patios and rooms were well appointed and the bathroom was modern and functional. The breakfast on the patio with a warm morning greeting just set us up each morning to have a great day. I also liked that the location was just outside the very busy area, just a 3 minute walk to the main shopping street, and a 3 minute walk to the funicular to take you to the beach. And they had very prompt valet parking. This hotel was a 10 out of 10!"

"This perfectly located bed and breakfast was incredible! Just a few blocks from via Umberto (shopping and dining), the cable car that transports you to Isola Bella and from the bus stop that transports you to the train station and the beach, it's the place to stay if you're relying on mass transportation! Additionally, the room was brand new, bright and clean! The staff, most notably Antonella was so very helpful and passionate in her profession creating for us a 48-hour agenda which included getting the most amazing pictures of Mt. Etna from a town three miles North, to reserving a 2-hour 10-person boat excursion from Naxos around Isola Bella and back, such a great day! Most notable was the extravagant daily breakfast (really felt like brunch!) with all the Sicilian favorites and friendly staff preparing fresh baked goods and stewed veggies and bruschetta right in front of us!"
