“The property was nothing like the description. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work at all and the one in other bedroom didn’t work well. When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke”

“We have a warm welcome from our host Calogero who explained in detail of the accommodation and Palermo. The location is excellent and we can explore the city on foot easily. The rooms are tidy, though a bit dated/tired. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped.”

“Sehr saubere Wohnung, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und den Strand. Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Microwellengerät etc. Vermieter war zuvorkommend und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Liegestühle, Liegebett und Sonnenschirme waren ebenfalls verfügbar. Einzig von der relativ gut frequentierten Strasse hörte man jeweils Nachts etwas vom Strassenlärm, was uns aber nicht sonderlich störte. Wir waren super zufrieden, jederzeit……

“The apartment has everything we needed including washer machine, stove, coffee machine and electric kettle, freezer and fridge. We could bring our bags early. Plenty of fans. An air con and overhead fan in the bedroom. Wifi good”

“Very nice apartment. We stayed for one night before our flight but will consider staying longer next trip. Also, close proximity to Palermo Airport by cab and walking distance to town. Parking is on the street but we managed ok. Great communication with the owner!”
