とても綺麗で清潔なお部屋と大浴場でした。スタッフの方々も親切で優しく、朝食バイキングもとても美味しかったです。 久しぶりの帰国で、改めて日本の素晴らしさを感じさせていただきました。旅行の大半は泊まるお宿で決まると思います。ですので、本当に良い旅行となりました。ありがとうございました。

A very cozy and peaceful hotel. The onsen was great.

The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night. Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon. Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo. Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.
